Meet: Spencer Edwards of Proprpostur.com

Before I officially started my own blog I would constantly indulge in other blogs, I still do till this day, I have my daily blog checks. The odd thing about me is, I don't pay visit to a lot of fashion blogs that are targeted toward women, theres only a few, but menswear blogs are a different story. Menswear blogs are my favorite. Among the many menswear blogs I visit, Spencer Edwards of Proprpostur.com has to be among the top I've been paying visits to through my years in the blogging world. The way he plays with colors, patterns, and textures all in this very tailored fit is something you don't see in men too often, especially black men. He steps foot in fashion territories many are scared to step foot into or better yet can't even pull off. With that said, check out the Q&A with the man behind Proprpostur himself, Spencer Edwards.

How old are you and where do you live?

23 and I live in Montreal, Canada

Besides running the amazing Proprpostur, what else do you do?

I’m also a fashion marketing student and part time style and marketing consultant.

First 3 words that come to mind when describing your personal style?

Classic, personal, experimental

First 3 words you feel represents who you are?

Open, Ambitious, Analytical

Who or what do you draw inspiration from?

Living and just seeing others doing what it is they love to do.

Name a song that you feel connected to and why?

That’s really a tough one I listen to a lot of music and have somewhat of a connection to everything I listen to. But I would have to say Rick Ross "Tears of Joy". The pain and anxiety in Cee lo’s vocals are extremely touching.

Secret Talents you'd like to share?

I really can dance my ass off.

How far do you want to take Proprpostur, or do you feel it has reached it's peak?

I don’t think there will ever be a peak as long as I keep bettering myself, learning, networking, and putting out honest content. There will be no choice but to go up and there will be no way to go down. Im not too sure on how far I want my blog to go but just as long as its my voice to the world and others appreciate it I’m content with that.

What keeps you pushing forward?

Reminding myself that there is an entire world out there waiting t be grasped.

Any words of wisdom you'd like to spread before I ask my last question?

When you are willing to die, then and only then will you win.

What comes to mind when you hear the word GoldenSense? 

GoldenSense – One who has a strong sense visually of what they want and will stop at nothing to bring it to life.
